Komunikasi Pemasaran PT. Tropis Service Dalam Menarik Minat Konsumen

The research approach used in this research is qualitative. The type of research used is descriptive, with data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The purpose of this research is to find out how the marketing communications of PT. Tropis Service in attracting consumer interest.
The results of this study indicate that PT. Tropis Service in an effort to attract consumers interest actively utilizes the marketing communication mix which consists of advertising (advertising) by distributing brochures, sales promotions (sales promotion) where PT. Tropis Service provides attractive offers such as promo messages for cleaning services at a predetermined time will get 1 hour of cleaning services free, provide 1 hour free cleaning services for new customers, and also provide discounts or discounts of 5% to 10%, personal selling (personal selling) to offer proposals to offices or companies, and PT. Tropis Service uses social media Instagram and Facebook in conducting direct marketing activities.
